Schefflera Plant

My plant has leaves schefflera very sticky - and seems to be paying this rigidity on the area around him. I do not see any insects on the leaves. Why is he doing?

I agree w / the previous post - it seems that aphids. Try washing the leaves and stems, then spray the entire plant w / insecticidal soap.

you have aphids .... their disorder is sticky poo ....
