Can you use prepaid phone cards on prepaid phones? I do not want to use my cell phone to call AT & T Mexico or my friend call me from there. A friend of mine told me to buy a prepaid phone and prepaid card to call Mexico. Does that work? If yes, what are the best cell phones and prepaid calling cards?
