Outdoor Globe String Lights

I'm hosting a party was outdoors and plan on hanging the lanterns of paper (standard paper, globe-shaped) from the ceiling. I also need to find strings of lights to go inside. I prefer a warm light yellow to a bright, naked light bulb. I look white and warm yellow / gold lanterns. I need about 100. Thank you!
