To deflate a mylar balloon or plastic for recycling, remove the tapes of the ball joint to insert a straw into the valve until the air begins to emerge. Gently squeeze the ball and let the air out until flat, remove the straw, bend the ball flat and store until needed. The mylar, plastic, polyurethane and vinyl balloons can be reused until the valve fails.

Mylar balloons and plastic are not biodegradable and are harmful to the environment. Please do not release balloons into the air!

Vinyl balloons small (less than 4 to 4.5 feet in size) does not float, but there are large polyurethane inflatable balloons in different shapes that can be used for outdoor events and do not contain latex. The most common forms are in giant inflatable hot air, blimp and round shapes. Custom forms can be made of anything. They are refillable, come with a repair kit, outside last about a year and can be custom printed.

Vinyl spherical shaped balloons are an excellent ball mold paper mache and plaster projects or mix. They are like beach ball material. The sizes range from 5 "to 96". Vinyl balloons will not float at all. "

Fill in the corner of the bag with a handful of water, turn the bag, attach as an ordinary balloon, cut the excess plastic. They work hard, readily available, cheap and fun.
