ROME, Ga. - Planning to drink and drive this new year? A funeral home North Georgia has a deal for you.
Between now and Thursday noon, drivers can see McGuire, Jennings and Miller Funeral Home in Rome to sign a contract stating that they plan to drink or take drugs, then roll over New Year's Eve. If they die in an accident that day, the funeral home will give them a free burial.
Services included in the package are a coffin, grave, limousine and preparation of the remains.
Funeral officials say the program is designed to save lives by revelers think twice about drinking and driving.

Seriously, I think some people would actually sign up for it. I mean, you can not beat a funeral FREE! I am sure that members of the family of a well known drunkard will enter them! For sho! P

What about the people sober than drunk driver killed? What they get a free burial. It's disgusting and supports driving under the influence. They should be held on criminal charges of facilitation if a drunk driver kills someone and himself.
Why? Simple. Because a private company took the decision to offer free funerals for people who follow the guidelines they have published. Why is it so difficult to understand? It is not illegal to offer free funerals for people.
