Coffin Shoes

Something I've always wondered. If I had my way, I just want to be buried in my socks,

It is entirely family. If they want them to wear shoes, they wear shoes. I always make sure they have something on their feet, they are low or socks, just because I think it is respectful of them. But we can put shoes, or we can let them off, whatever the family wants us to do.

Usually, they do not. However one of our bishops is dead and the coffin was completely open. They really need to put a pair of shoes.

Some do and some do vary.

I do not think so unless you ask.
