Chuppah

Posted on March 6, 2010.
ChuppahWhat would be a good substitute for an arch or chuppah wedding?

Our wedding will be in a garden, and I will be entering through a beautiful arch of flowers before I walk down the aisle. Because of this, I think it is unreasonable to have two arches, but I feel we should have something for me, my fiance and our officiant to stand in front, to distinguish us. Suggestions?

See if you can rent a potted palm or something for the background, or a kind of plant on a trellis. Some florists may already be something. There should be some kind of flowers or plants at different heights, the largest in the middle. Or have a table, covered with a sheet with potted palms and ferns on it, with candles battery. It would not cost much either to make your own lattice, as do three of the 4x8 as a room divider with hinges and cover with ivy and flowers. Every game it out. Best Wishes for your wedding.
