It's that time of year again, but you have not yet made your choice on how to go about decorating your home. Why not change this holiday season and turn your Windows into the focal point of your screen? You can dress the windows in innumerable ways. Some inspiration for you:

To begin, consider embellishing the panels with static cling window film. You can buy rolls or sheets or line hit the nearest points of home improvement. Go for those in green and red to look more traditional Christmas, or white and turquoise to create a magical theme. If want specific holiday patterns, see the craft shops. Do not worry, according to the type you choose, you will not need to spend much.

Garnish with frosted window film can be a DIY project to share with your children. Using stencils or cookie cutters to trace patterns such as star or snowflake shapes on cardboard or laminate and cut them out.

Now that you have a model, repeat the process of micro-and-cut, but this time on the substrate film. Do not forget to do it on a flat surface topped with a cutting board or mat. This way, you will not have to worry about the knife ruin your table. Or you can cut the skin window into strips and place them on all sides of the glass, or the top and bottom edges.

Another option is to get creative with the film surface itself. Jazz It Up through the paint tube or rubber stamps. You can also use the printer and images, photographs or illustrations. One way is to tie down the door rather than the chimney. If the threshold is large enough, consider using snow globes out there.

Call Box

Left bare during the winter season, the planters can be used for decorative purposes. Try draping garlands Evergreen false in the box or fill them with branches and pine cones. Miniature Christmas trees are also great accent pieces, or ornament important for this question. Just make sure that those you put in the box are suitable for outdoor use. Otherwise, they may deteriorate in harsh weather conditions.

In part, support and boxes, your windows can be cut any way you want. Just a little creativity, imagination and resourcefulness, and a short trip to a nearby craft store (or even your own room and food storage at home) for materials. There is also a perfect craft project and opportunities for connection, especially if your family is trapped indoors due to heavy snowfall. So you'll not only stand out in your neighborhood, but also to share valuable time with your family.
