Christmas Tinsel

I want to do pink and blue glitter filled glass ornaments. Where can I find blue garlands and roses? I am a nurse in labor and delivery and I want to make these ornaments to the tree of our floors Christmas. I made the red and green, and they were just too cute.

I know craft stores carry many different colors of things this time of year.
