Calla Lilly Bridal Bouquet

Posted on February 19, 2010.
Calla Lilly Bridal BouquetWhat do you think of a single Calla Lilly in a large vase for decoration wedding reception?

I'm getting married August 30th of this year and I meet fall colors: sage, tangerine, yellow, chocolate and my bridesmaids dresses and matching vests / bow ties for the groomsmen. My bridesmaid bouquets are going to be orange and yellow lilies, daisies and roses. My bridal bouquet is the cascade of orange and yellow orchids, lilies, roses, daisies and Gerber. I'm having a long rectangular tables 4X8 and think to put two large calla lilies around 5 per table and votive candles on each table spread. I want it really simple, but enough. What do you think of orange, long stem Calla Lilly by vase, two per table with candles on the tables spread??? Is this too simple?

is on the same day, I'm getting married. I bought 28 inch Eiffel Towers large vases of this type

and I plan to use these long-stemmed flowers that have these red stems on top, I'm sorry, I do not know the name of it I saw them in the florist, but I'm not sure of the name . So I think the Calla Lilly would be great.

I do not understand how people that have high centers hinder conversation people. In the opposite case where people sit centers is not their way. I went to this wedding and they had these centers based beauty of flowers only and it was fine, but it was in the middle and we could not have a conversation with people in front of us. This is the main reason I wanted to centers of high so my host does not have this problem.

It looks beautiful, although tall arrangements on tables is not conducive to easy conversation between your guests. It's something to think about.

With your marriage, you decide. Anything goes! You already answered your question. If you want calla lilies, calla lilies, then you should have. It's your special day, and it should be what you want it. And, simple is in. For more advice on flowers for the wedding party go to:

It would be very simple and very elegant. I saw many centers that are just too flashy and over done. I like simple.

I doubt two Callas would get in the way of conversation. It's a pretty flower fine, no matter how big the pot is ... LOL unless the vessel is 8 feet wide, then I could see a problem. P

I think it sounds good. Of course, I love Callas :-)

hey thats what I do! I think they will look pretty, but use a cup instead of two calla lilies have two with some river rocks on the bottom

sounds incredibly beautifu

Hello and congratulations on your upcoming wedding!

Wow ..... that sounds absolutely wonderful! I like the simplicity and elegance. Yes, this is great.

I LOVE IT!

Calla Lilies are beautiful!

3 or 5 calla lily is simple and elegant. A calla lily appears that you have expensive taste, but really a very tight budget.

I think calla lilies look much better in small numbers, but one does not - it may look like an afterthought.

or, here's an idea: put the calla lilies in the middle of the table (without vase). you can split them between the petals and candles if you want. It's very simple - and very elegant. again, use 3-5, and do not be afraid to overlap. :)

I think it sounds nice, but I would put three or four vases with a single calla then inserted between the lamps calla. I think two flowers on an 8 'table will not be enough.

He penny.
