If we outsource all our jobs, then the U.S. will be able to afford to buy the products that we sell here? For example, if we outsource 100 jobs from Dell, then those 100 people can not afford to buy Dell computers. Where are these people? Dell should not only move to India, then sell the computers of people they employ are there?
Wrong. Each place has its advantages over the other.
So if what we do here can be done cheaper when purchased elsewhere, it is fair to do so.
Example. If the shoe do their own pants? No, because they can make two shoes in the time it takes to make a pair of pants.
So it makes more sense to focus on what you are good at. Good = more productive.
Right? It makes sense for a family, it should make sense for a country.
"We must know their is a huge middle class in India and China (more than pop. The United States), who buy things American and American and European brands.
"Not all jobs can be outsourced. People will automatically move to industries that pay better, which means producing more.
-Just take a look at Japan. 50 years ago, they were "China" has done things cheap and low quality. Now they are a rich country that buys a lot of things with us too!
-You too can have one from Dell by buying stocks, etc., to make them more profit you can, plus the computer you buy will be cheaper here too!
When Adam Smith wrote his book, international trade and offshoring jobs were unknown. It is so sad that these poor people notified, that those who write here can vote. Report Abuse
